All our electrical control systems from control design, control panel building and documentation are designed and manufactured in house at G.M.E. by our highly professional and experienced design team. Our team in GME have vast experience in plc and HMI (Human Machine interface) programming, robotics, servo motors, Festo CPX&CPI remote I /O terminals, vision systems, barcode reading and programmable logic controllers.
GME uses Solidworks 3D design software to model its entire machine and part components. By using 3d Solidworks modeling and its many design aspects we can simulate and analyze virtual real life parts before they go into production. With Solidworks software we can correct design flaws and improve the concept design before the manufacture stage.
With the use of the Solidworks E-Drawings viewer software facility our customers can view the progress of a prototype part by downloading free the Solidworks e viewer software. This software will allow our customers to view prototype parts and rotate assembly parts and make their assessments and recommendations as the project progresses. This facilitates that project proceeds with both customer and designer working from the same platform of thought.
GME are a precision engineering company who offer quick turnaround on high precision parts made from Tool steel, stainless steel,Alumunium, Titanium,brass, copper, ptfe, uhmw and plastics.
G.M.E. work with their customers to find solutions to improve and develop equipment and production practices. We will initially consulate with our customer and together we will work towards finding a solution from consolation phase through to design, manufacture and installation/commission phase.
Our experienced Engineers are available for short and medium term contract work for upgrading, servicing and retro fitting of existing production machines and equipment.
All GME machines come with a C.E. Certification or C.E. Certificate of incorporation and a technical construction file is prepared for each machine.
The technical file consists of, essential health and safety requirements, risk analysis and assessments, standard build parts list, custom built parts list, calculations, electrical drawings, operation manual and maintenance manual, maintenance plan for machine, life cycle of machine and disposal of machine,spare parts lists and all engineering documents.
